Position Overview

Fullup is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Agent. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support for our comprehensive SaaS platform tailored to rental businesses. You'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and use cutting-edge technology to help our customers maximize their use of Fullup's features, including website building, ChatGPT integration, multi-location support, online booking, inventory management, and custom document creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the Fullup platform, escalating complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Provide detailed product information and assistance in navigating various Fullup features.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Fullup's services and offerings to offer customized support.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and the resolution of issues in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the development and product teams to improve the customer experience based on feedback.
  • Participate in creating and updating knowledge base articles, tutorials, and other support documentation.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with Intercom
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
