We appreciate your decision to use our platform for your rental business needs. This refund policy outlines the specific terms and conditions related to refund requests for subscribers of the Fullup SaaS product, offered by lemursman, LLC d/b/a Fullup.
This refund policy is exclusively for subscribers of Fullup’s SaaS product. It does not apply to the end consumers of the SaaS product's users.
Refund policies for rental businesses operating on the Fullup platform are determined by those individual businesses and are not covered by this policy.
Subscribers may cancel their Fullup subscription plan at any time. Upon cancellation, additional charges will cease.
Following the cancellation, Fullup, at its sole discretion, may offer a refund upon request. Such refunds, if granted, will cover any time remaining on the subscriber's subscription.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@getfullup.com with your subscription details and reason for the refund request.
Fullup will not issue refunds for subscription time that has already elapsed.
Refunds are discretionary and will be determined on a case-by-case basis by Fullup.
